 CONVOCATION
In agreement with the President of BSU I send you the call-up for next BSU General Assembly Meeting which will be held during the Third Balkan Cavers’ Camp in Olimpos – Turkey on the Friday 26 June 2009.
All the details about the Camp are available on : http://www.tumab.org
The meetings access is of course completely free for all cavers.
We remind you that in order to vote at the GAM, your Country will need to have its annual BSU membership fee before the 15- th of June 2009. Exceptionally you can pay the sum at place but before the day of General Assembly Meeting
If the national delegate can not attend the GAM, you can either officially mandate another person from your country to attend the Camp , or have representation by proxy from a delegate of another country. In both cases please send before 15- th June the filled the attached proxy!

4. APPROVAL OF CHANGES OF THE STATUTE OF BSU;
5. ELECTIONS OF NEW BUREAU MEMBERS OF BSU;
